Bridgewater Montessori develops many
fundamental concepts through curriculum which eventually develops and broadens
child’s mental and physical growth with each passing year. Our program balances
between the nurturing care children received as infants and toddlers and the
growing structure and independence that will define their school years. The core function of any education institution is to provide
an academic program most suited to the needs of its students. We feel the most
important criteria to keep in mind while creating the class environment:
Class
Size:
We keep our class sizes around 20-25
because it balances the conflicting needs: on one hand, every student gets the
necessary attention, and on the other hand, there is a balanced number of
students to give rise to informal learning groups.
Full time
montessori trained teacher:
We keep full time trained teachers so
that students are able to get proper guidance inside as well as outside their
classroom.
Parent-Teacher
Meeting:
Research has shown that parental involvement is the most important factor in a
student’s academic success. We hold meetings between the parents and teachers
of students to discuss students’ report card and general progress.
