Why Join Us?
The core function of any education institution is to provide an academic program most suited to the needs of its students. We feel the most important criteria to keep in mind while creating the class environment are:
- Class Size:
We keep our class sizes around 25-30 because it balances the conflicting needs: on one hand, every student gets the necessary attention, and on the other hand, there is a balanced number of students to give rise to informal learning groups.
- Full time faculty:
We keep full time faculty for core subjects so that students are able to get guidance even outside their classroom.
- Counseling:
Guidance Counseling is another essence of Bridgewater. The counseling sessions are held in a group as well as with individual according to the need and choice. Regular mentoring will help student to explore and pursue their goals after their high school too.
- Parent-Teacher Meeting:
We give emphasis on parent teacher interaction frequently because it helps both the parties to understand each other culture and work together to bring the best in their child. We will encourage the involvement of parents through home/school contacts and through their involvement in school’s meeting and discussions. Parents are invited to attend Parents’ Consultation meetings at school to discuss their child’s progress. In addition, parents are kept informed of their child’s progress through the use of progress reports.
